I would just like to make a general statement that I personally think that it is completely f*!king bada$$ that there are so many amazing female characters with in the Young Adult genre, and no I do not think there are too many of “these type” of books on the shelves!

REVIEW: Armada

I was beyond excited to get my hands on an advanced copy of the latest book from Ernest Cline. I am a huge fan of Ready Player One and had been counting down the days for when Cline decided to delight fans once again. Thankfully, even though I was as hyped as a child being picked to be a Jedi at Disney World for Armada, the novel did not disappoint my high hopes.

‘Hunger Games’ Author Suzanne Collins Says Goodbye to Katniss and Panem!

“Having spent the last decade in Panem, it’s time to move on to other lands.”We are just a little bit more than 24 hours away from the final installment in The Hunger Games franchise, Mockingjay Part 2, hitting US theaters. Following the Los Angeles premiere the woman who created it all, meaning the novelist behind Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and Mockingjay, took to the film series official Facebook page to share a message to fans. In the long and heartfelt letter, Collins thanks the film crew and actors for all four films. Collins also finished the letter by thanking all the readers and viewers who “accompanied Katniss on her journey.” Of course, Collins concluded the letter with probably one of the novels and films most popular lines: “May the odds be ever in your favor.”
