‘The Magicians’ Are Taking Us to Fillory to Save Magic

If only I could escape to Fillory.Season 2 seems to be taking a notably different take on Lev Grossman’s series The Magicians, which for a book lover I’m actually okay with. The writers adapting this series have really brought life to the characters that were way too glum in the books. Don’t get me wrong, I do hope they stick with Quentin sort of getting a reality check since that’s a major point of the books but maybe not letting everything work out well for everyone else.

Reasons Why We Love Kelly Maxwell From ‘Ash Vs Evil Dead’

The show is titled Ash vs Evil Dead but it might need to be changed to Kelly vs Evil Dead because Dana Delorenzo is truly stealing the show and proving a feminist badass can be found in the most surprising of places. Yes, even a horror series based on a bumbling fool of a man.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Trailer Swings Into Our Hearts

Monica: I’ll be the first one to admit that when I heard Spider-Man was being rebooted yet again, I wasn’t thrilled. But Tom Holland’s appearance in Civil War and this trailer have me totally onboard! Thank goodness, Marvel took this property back! There wasn’t a second of the trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming that I didn’t love. It was perfect and I feel like the movie will exceed that perfection. Enough gushing, let me talk about what’s actually IN the trailer.
